2005 Reunion Plans

As I mentioned on Page 1, after the San Diego Reunion there are now some plans in the works for a reunion in Las Vegas in the summer of 2005.  Mike Roley ('68) and June Shishido ('71) are already getting some ideas in place and forming committees.  They are also asking for class reps to help out in keeping everyone informed of the reunion progress.  Right now the most logical place, for various reasons, to have the reunion in Las Vegas.  The 2000 Reunion in Las Vegas was a huge success as Vegas seems to have all of the amenities that we would need.  They are still taking suggestions for an alternate location but, may factors will have to be taken into consideration.  Check back often to the Yo-Hi E-Group website and, for those that do not have

internet access, we will try and keep you updated thru snail mail.  The target years for the reunion going to be 1960-1979, but all classes are welcome to join in.  Let's help make this the best Yo-Hi reunion ever.  It will be a first for many of the alumni and it should be a special and memorable time for all.

Lost and Found

Right now I am going to call this section our Lost and Found section.  We will try and list alumni that are still lost from all the years.  They may not be lost to some of you or you might have a lead such as college attended, hometown, fathers name or married name for the girls.  Any lead is worth pursuing and it will be a lot of fun to locate more alumni that have been lost all of these years.  We will also list the new founds (with permission) so

that those of you that are searching will know they have been found.  This information is also available on the web site.  We will endeavor to try and keep the site up to date with current information on all of our members.

Humor

We will post humorous stories or tidbits here.  This space will be limited to approximately 130  words so, if you want to submit a story or fun facts, please keep that in mind.  If need be we can

probably make some adjustments and have the story flow over to another page.  We are new at doing a newsletter so your patience will be greatly appreciated.  Remember, we want this to be your newsletter so we ask for your input to make it a great one.  Again, any suggestions or comments will be appreciated.  In this first edition we will probably sound like a broken record asking for input.
